Puerto Vallarta will host the thirty-fourth edition of the International Sports Classic; a must-see event for basketball fans since 1990. The Puerto Vallarta International Sports Classic 2024 is a friendly tournament that will bring together over three thousand basketball players and former players from the United States and Canada in a series of exciting sports encounters held at the Agustín Flores Contreras Sports Complex, better known as "the Stadium".
The Puerto Vallarta International Sports Classic 2024 also features a variety of sports disciplines, such as softball, tennis, soccer, a 5K recreational race, aerobics, a ProBeach volleyball tournament, and a frisbee exhibition. The competitions are open to athletes and sportspeople from Mexico, the United States, Canada, Central and South America who wish to participate individually or in teams. The Puerto Vallarta International Sports Classic was founded in 1990 by former Olympic basketball player Howard Kelsey, immediately becoming a major sports festival based in Puerto Vallarta.
