This Monday afternoon an earthquake was registered in Puerto Vallarta at 15:53 local time, with a magnitude of 4.6 degrees and a depth of five kilometers, according to preliminary reports.

According to preliminary information from the National Seismological Service (SSN), the epicenter of the tremor was located 329 kilometers southwest of Puerto Vallarta.

At the moment there are no reports of major damage in the area, and the earthquake was barely perceptible to the population, so we are only waiting for the final report from Civil Protection.

It is worth mentioning that Puerto Vallarta has presented a series of earthquakes in the last few months, which hurricanes have brought in this last year, in which a series of natural changes in the region have been seen.
