This time it will be for the population of 30 years and older. And for those who have received their last dose up to October 21
Last weekend, the state platform vacunacion.jalisco.gob.mx (https://vacunacion.jalisco.gob.mx/)/ was enabled to generate booster appointments for the COVID-19 vaccine for people who are 30 years of age or older and have received their last dose up to October 21. Likewise, the system has appointments available for older people who for some reason have not yet started their vaccination schedule, so that they can obtain their first dose and have a very important measure of protection against the complications of coronavirus infection. For this age group, appointments are also available for Saturday. The statewide platform is still open with appointments for adolescents 12 to 17 years of age, without risk factors, who have not yet received any doses; as well as second applications for children 12 to 17 years of age who have received their first vaccination before January 28. This population group receives the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine. In accordance with the National Vaccination Plan, the COVID-19 booster for older age groups is the AstraZeneca laboratory's biologic, which complies with the quality and authorized provisions. The Ministry of Health of Jalisco (SSJ) reiterates the call to attend with the following documents in hand: ● Printed appointment QR. ● Federal vaccination record available at: mivacuna.salud.gob.mx. ● Official identification. In the case of minors, they must always be accompanied by their parents or guardians.
