Hospital CMQ and CPS Media Join Forces
Hospital CMQ, in collaboration with CPS Media, is sponsoring and organizing a charity run in support of the Vallarta Food Bank and Almacén de Amor, which provide meals to economically disadvantaged individuals who struggle to afford daily necessities. This initiative plays a crucial role in supporting these self-sustaining altruistic projects, which rely solely on donations and municipal government support.
Join us on October 29th at 7 am in Marina Vallarta to walk or run for a good cause. The race will cover distances ranging from 3 to 5 kilometers, making it a family-friendly event. All you need to do to participate is register and make a contribution by donating items such as edible oils, canned tuna, sardines, biscuits, or the equivalent of $250 in groceries.
It's worth noting that in 2020, Hospital CMQ was the only hospital in Puerto Vallarta to receive recognition from the Jalisco State Human Rights Commission. This award was presented in acknowledgment of the hospital's commitment to defending human rights in its battle against the global COVID-19 pandemic. It remains the only institution or individual in Jalisco to have received this honor. Since then, the hospital has continued its unwavering dedication to noble causes.
During the race, prizes will be awarded to the first, second, and third-place finishers. Additionally, there will be exciting raffles with incredible prizes for participants, as well as medal presentations, t-shirts, and more. Registration for the first 500 participants can be completed at the CPS Media offices, located at 111 Proa Street in Marina Vallarta.
